Using the site

Poople is a free word puzzle game. You can play it as much as you like, for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other players, or use it to distribute anything illegal or harmful.

Acceptable use, in more detail

Beyond the basics above, please don't attempt to reverse the daily puzzle's answer ahead of time and publish or sell it in a way that spoils the game for others, automate solving in a way that misrepresents your own play (for example, publicly claiming a streak you didn't actually earn), or attempt to interfere with the site's availability for other players, whether through excessive automated requests, exploiting bugs to disrupt service, or any similar behavior. Using the site to test, learn from, or build your own similar puzzle is fine; using it to attack or degrade the service for others isn't.

Age

This site doesn't collect age information and doesn't restrict access by age, but it's built with a general audience in mind, not specifically for children. If you're a parent or guardian and have concerns about a child's use of the site, ourprivacy policy explains exactly what data is involved, which in this site's case is limited to local browser storage that never reaches us.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep the word list accurate and the puzzles solvable, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or free of the occasional dictionary quirk.
